ULTIMATE LEADER | DRIVING EXCELLENCE IN YOURSELF AND YOUR PEOPLE
You know how it is. You have big ambitions, a drive to do something really significant with your life, a desire to make an impact.
BUT... too often you find yourself floundering. unsure of what steps to take, or how to take them, and instead waste time action-faking (spending hours on your inbox, your planning, your lists, your paperwork, your housekeeping and, ooooh, is that a funny cat video? Who doesn't love those?)
Meanwhile, the empire you're (supposed to be) building is stalling, your product or service, while adequate for the job at hand, isn't exactly transforming the market, your reputation is growing too slowly - or in the wrong way, and your staff and/or customers are falling out of love (or at least into indifference) with you and your organisation.
And your goals? Well, they feel further away and less tangible than ever, right?
Well, don't panic, because this is 100% normal. It's normal to avoid taking the big, transformative actions. Especially to avoid taking them consistently. And it's so normal to find yourself in a vicious, self-perpetuating circle of getting nowhere fast (or even going backwards).
But, just because it's normal doesn't mean you should settle for it.
The reality is, that while you may feel that you should be able to handle it all by yourself, and become the next big thing, without support, it's almost impossible to do so.
Because you are fighting against your very human nature.
Your desire to do that which is important and significant, is directly battling against your basic need for love, and the acceptance of others.
Your enthusiasm for excitement and risk taking is in direct opposition to your need to stay safe and firmly inside of your comfort zone.
And it's all a battle between balancing your own desires for yourself, and your desires to make a difference for the people around you.
Not to mention that your ego is constantly encouraging you to take the path of least resistance and rapid gratification.
So what can you do, when you are your own worst enemy?
Well, you can become extremely self-disciplined, plan to within an inch of your life, and stick to the plan rigorously (but prepare to plan pain and suffering into that, as your own nature works to make your life so difficult that you'll give up and go back to the way things were).
Or you can work with me.
You see, I can help you get control over your nature through an expert understanding of:
- WHAT will get you to your goals quickly and easily
- WHY you feel and do what you do
- and HOW to overcome your instinct to procrastinate so that you can get the results you want quickly and efficiently.
That's because it is.
But it's rarely easy.
And that's why 99% of the most capable people never come close to achieving their biggest goals.
But not you... because you're ready to join the 1%, right?
